    1. Meeting as Exec Board
      1. Only President can call exec meeting
        1. Otherwise referred to as collusion
    2. Bad faith meeting with Shan occurred today.
    3. Email written by Audrey to the Exec today.
    4. Albert needs to share the voice memo of the exec meeting last night.
      1. I personally don’t believe it needs to be shared at all.
    5. According to Bryan, there is no issue because the person just hasn’t been coming.
    6. Sophia has proposed a fence off challenge
    7. Bryan has just proposed that Sophia just says yes or no.
    8. Vote has occurred:
      1. 4-1 decision, we proceed with the fence off
    9. Three Solutions:
      1. Sophia’s Fence Off:
        1. Challenger fences the current team in 5s
          1. Need to beat 2 and have a positive ratio
        2. Challenger fences the current team in 15s
          1. Need to beat 2
        3. Pools for everyone involved
          1. Last place is ejected.
      2. Gio’s Fence Off:
        1. BIG POOL EVERYONE FENCES
        2. PUT INTO MACHINE
        3. BREAK INTO 2 POOLS if 8
        4. WITHIN THAT WINNER OF 2 POOLS GOES THROUGH
        5. WHOEVER IS IN 2ND PLACE (HIGHEST INDICATOR/WR) GETS 3RD
        6. 4TH GETS FENCED OFF FOR SOME HOW
      3. Max/Audrey’s Fence Off:
        1. Two Round Robins
        2. Everyone to 5
        3. 4 best fencers go forth
        4. If there is a tie, they fence off to 15
    10. Eight Current Challengers;
    11. A vote has occurred, with Bryan, Max, Sophia, and Albert Voting on the fence off format.
      1. The result of the Vote is that Sophia’s Fence Off.
    12. The Fence Off in Question will be taking place on February 27th with Gio refing.

    1. Very poor attendance on Sundays (possibility of Gio coming in in the future?)
    2. We have a women’s foil team for CFCs! (wow)
      1. Still sort of chasing down fencers
    3. Other squads pretty much settled

      3. MS- luke juan eemil 
      4. WS- christina erin archi
      5. ME-“ same as osu”
      6. WE- “all 4 spots”
    4. Additional epee squad leaders?
      1. Probably not needed, more looking to next year
